FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. What is the difference in our old payment system & our new payment system?

ANS:

Signing Up Process:
You will book your hotel and bed type, and your occupancy when you register.  All registrations will automatically be a gold package, with transportation NOT included.  Once you make your payment you will be emailed a magic link to access your account.  If you registered with roommates they will receive an email notification as well with a magic link for them to make their deposit.

Please note that during our launch, if you sign up for a popular hotel, and your sign up process or payment is delayed or not done quickly during our launch your room can be canceled if we sell out before your payment is complete.  All registrations are on a 1st come 1st served bases.

Booking a Party Bus:

  1. Once you have locked in your room, you will receive a Magic Link to Access Your Account
  2. Click this Magic Link to access your account, and Click “Highlights”
  3. You will see our 3 Party Bus Options, click the Party Bus you want to take – Atlanta, Baltimore, or Charlotte.
  4. Then it will be added to your package.

Magic Link:

We will be provided to you and your roommate(s) in your personalized magic link. You will receive this magic link once the 1st person in your room pays their deposit. Reuse this magic link as you and your roommate(s) make additional payments.

Traveler Name:

We have replaced “Group Codes” with “Traveler Name”.  Traveler Name are not affiliate names or groups of people traveling together.  It is a name you create or our system will automatically create.  You use your Traveler Name when you want to reference your room when you contact us.  If you are a single occupancy, your 1st & last name is your Traveler Name.

If you are a group and will be booking more than one room, and you want to request that your rooms are near each other, please provide the request on your registration form under Hotel Request.  You must provide all the “Traveler Names” that want to be near each other, not individual names. Please only make the request if the rooms are in the same hotel.

  1. What is the difference in the different occupancies?

ANS:
Single Occupancy – 1 person in a room.
Double Occupancy – 2 people in a room.
Third Occupancy – 3 people in a room.
Forth Occupancy – 4 people in a room.

  1. What is the difference between Gold and Platinum Packages?

ANS:
Gold Package is if you are providing your own transportation (ex: driving or flying) and meeting us in Pigeon Forge, TN and you will check in at your registered hotel.

Platinum Package is if you are taking a Party Bus leaving from Atlanta, Charlotte, or Baltimore/DC going to Pigeon Forge, TN.

  1. If I have a roommate(s) can I pay for my package individually or can only 1 person in a room pay for the group?

ANS:
If you are rooming with other people you may pay individually or as a group, you will make this selection when you initially sign up.  1 member can pay for everyone in the room or roommates can pay separately.

  1. What is the hotel’s name?

6. Can I become an affiliate of the trip? Can I sell the trip to make $$?

  1. I would like to be a vendor or provide a class to your guests on the trip i.e. Work Out Class, Art Class, Scuba Diving Class, Make Up Class, Salsa Class – can I be down?

ANS:
YES! Our patrons include upwardly mobile urban professional and the social elite from the entertainment and corporate world.  Our vendor fee is $150 not including any additional meeting space required for your set up needs. 

  1. What if I want to sign up after the deposit deadline has already past?

ANS:
It is not too late to sign up.  You would pick up and pay where we are on the current payment schedule.

  1. I have a group, how do I make sure our rooms are near each other or ride the same party bus?

ANS:
If you would like to be near your friends in your hotel, please make the request on your registration page under Bus Request or Hotel Request.  You must provide the Traveler Name, not individual names.  We can only fulfill request if the Traveler Name(s) is in the same hotel as your room.  We will accept request until December 30th.

  1. I have a group, how do I make sure we all ride the same party bus?

ANS:
If you are traveling with a group and want to be on the same party bus, please make the request on your registration page under Bus Request.  You must provide the Traveler Name, not individual names.  We will accept request until December 29th.  Although we do our best to fulfill bus request, buses are assigned by male to female ratio and based on hotel assignments.   We have 7 hotels and we avoid having each party bus go to each hotel, to avoid long delays in your check in process. 

  1. Do you offer group discounts? 

ANS:

  1. What fees and expenses will I pay during the trip? 

ANS:

  • Gold packages are responsible for their transportation to Pigeon Forge, TN.
  • Skiing, Snowboarding, & Tram rides at the ski resort Ober Gatlinburg are an additional charge.  You can sign up for our group discounted skiing and snowtubing once you receive your initial payment confirmation.
  • Your hotel fees including taxes, breakfast, open bars, and events are included in your package. 
  1. Will there be transportation to and from the events? 

ANS:
Yes, we provide complimentary transportation to and from all scheduled events from all of our hotels. 

  1. When are the payments due? 
    • Deposit – August 11th – $150
    • 2nd Payment – September 8th – $100
    • 3rd Payment – October 6th – $100
    • 4th Payment – November 3rd – $100
    • Final Payment – December 4th – Balance
  1. How do I make changes to my room? 

ANS:
Any changes to your room must be submitted via email, info@elitecreativegroup.com. If you have a roommate(s) please include your roommate(s) in the email to make your change. We cannot make changes to your room over the phone.  There must be documentation of all changes to your room.  Name changes are subject to a $50 name change fee until December 1st. Name changes after December 1st are subject to a $100 name change fee.  We cannot do any name changes after December 29th.

  1. How do upgrade to a suite room in hotel #1, #2, #3, #6, #7? 

ANS: Once you have booked your room and paid your initial deposit, in your email confirmation you will receive a Suite Upgrade Submission form.  Please fill that form out to be added to our Lottery for a Suite.  We will draw from this lottery:

– Tuesday August 29th – for Ramsey Hotel & Holiday Inn  hotel

– Wednesday August 30th – for Hilton Garden Inn & Inn on the River & Hampton

 If you are selected you will be required to pay the difference at the time of your upgrade request.
